Two thousand and eighteen was a big year for pared! Together we celebrated a new addition to the pared team in the form of Ed & Sam’s gorgeous baby, Sebastian, as well as a big interstate move to our new Melbourne office! The year took us all around the world: from Paris to Los Angeles to Doha and all the way back around, here are a few of our highlights from the year. LONDON FASHION WEEK - FEBRUARY Pared was selected as one of four brand to appear in the Designer Showrooms by the Australian Fashion Council in partnership with the British Fashion Council. We held a media & influencer brunch at the exclusive Dalloway Terrace and rubbed shoulders with the queen and The Queen.

VIRGIN AUSTRALIA MELBOURNE FASHION FESTIVAL [VAMFF] - MARCH We partnered with Visa to give VAMFF guests the opportunity to Shop the Runway at the week-long festival. Pared were featured on the runway every night, showing with industry partners David Jones and Ginger & Smart, as well as collective shows during the week. We officially launched our much anticipated Staerk & Christensen Swallows collection, in collaboration with designer, Camilla Staerk and supermodel, Helena Christensen on the runway and at our QT hotel afterparty.

STAERK & CHRISTENSEN X PARED GLOBAL LAUNCHES: NEW YORK, LOS ANGELES, COPENHAGENWe’ll take any excuse for a celebration, or three - launching our Staerk & Christensen collaboration in New York, Los Angeles and Copenhagen! With Helena, Camilla, and industry and celebrity friends of the brand in attendance, the events were a nod to the elegance of the capsule collection, and a toast to the designers.


For the second time, Pared held a strong presence in The Suites at MBFWA, and appeared for the fifth time on the annual runways, showcasing our new season mainline collection Veni, Vidi Amavi and previewing our 2019 releases for The Sculptor. We launched Client Liaison Deluxe Line [CLDL] x Pared with our good friends, Monte and Harvey of Client Liaison at their runway show in Sydney at the Overseas Passenger Terminal.

The week was celebrated with the Pared x Flaunter brunch event supporting Women in Fashion on the paramount house rooftop.


Pared were the official eyewear partner of the premium resort trade show, Splash Paris. To commemorate, we launched an exclusive collaboration frame available to visitors of the trade show. Our time in Paris was spent eating pastries, drinking wine, and celebrating our partnership with Splash!


Pared Eyewear were one of six Australian brands to come together to form Aussie Kiosk, a mini retail concept store focussing on best selling Australian Brands in Culliver City, LA. The store featured 14 Australian brands and was supported by the Australian Fashion Council.
