Jess & Stef (How Two Live) were one of the original ‘It girls’ to wear Pared since 2014 with sunglasses being a key feature to their signature How Two Live look. Founders Ed & Sam met the pair in LA over a coffee at Jones on 3rd and formed an instant friendship. It has always been in the works that someday they would collaborate and create a perfect, girly frame for the How Two Live audience that also reflected the personalities of Jess & Stef linked with the pared design aesthetic. 

Working closely with Sam Stevenson-Baker, the Creative Director, inspiration was drawn from art deco motifs and architecture.The result is a fun playful cat eye frame with intricate fan detailing on the arms.This frame is available in four colourways including Black, Terracotta, Pink Marble and Milky Marble with a combination of solid and gradient lenses.

 Samantha Stevenson: “We have known Jess and Stef from HTL for over 5 years and in that time they have been the perfect Pared ambassadors so it only felt natural that we work together on a collaboration. It was so fun working with the girls and we love their creative and fun energy.

Australian sisters Jess and Stef Dadon are designers, creative directors, andentrepreneurs. They first launched How Two Live as a daily diary in 2012, andit has since grown into a global platform with a tribe of loyal fans. The Dadonsisters regularly work with some of the biggest brands in fashion and beyond and also love to support and promote emerging designers. 

In 2016 the duo created TWOOBS; a line of comfortable, fashion-forward, andanimal-friendly sandals that are known to regularly sell out. In 2017 theylaunched the How Two Live Store, a multi-brand pop-up retail concept thathouses up-and-coming designers, and most recently they debuted How TwoLive: The Podcast, interviewing strong female mentors, with a goal to empowerwomen with positive and inspiring content.


Born on the beaches of Australia Pared Eyewear, pared is the creation of Samantha Stevenson and Edward Baker. Pared continues to cement itself as the leading Australian Fashion Eyewear brand as it continues to launch its new collaboration lines with Australian designers including Bec + Bridge and PE Nation and Holly Ryan Jewellery.The word ‘pare’ means to cut something back, shave it, or refine it; this is the fundamental design philosophy the brand stands by. The Pared frame is distinctive in its unique detailing, modern shapes and bold use of colour.
