How do I change my delivery address/amend my order after it has been placed?

We try to process your order as soon as possible however we are unable to change your delivery address once it is received by our distribution team. To change your delivery address or amend your order, please contact us at hello@pared.com.au immediately and include relevant information such as order number and new delivery address and we will try to facilitate the process before it is sent.

Can my frames be made into optical?

All Pared frames can be made into Optical. You just need to take your frames into your local optometrist and they can fit your personal prescription for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately if your order has already been received by our distribution team we cannot cancel your order. We do however allow easy returns for exchange or refund, you will need to initiate a return once you receive your frames.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! You can choose to purchase an e-voucher via our online store with the added flexibility of choosing your desired gifting value. You can also add personalised messages.

The frames I want are out of stock. What do I do?

We do our best to keep our frames well-stocked but sometimes it’s difficult to keep up with the demand, especially on some of our well-loved styles. If our products are backordered, it means that the item is temporarily out of stock but you may still purchase the item to reserve it for when it comes back in stock. Many of our frames are only available for a limited time, please contact us at hello@pared.com.au for more information.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email/tracking number. What now?

You should receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Your tracking number will be available to you once the order is booked in with the courier service. If you are encountering any problems, please contact hello@pared.com.au
