How to Make a Return or Exchange

We love it when we see you wearing our Pared sunnies! At the same time we also understand that sometimes you may change your mind and want to return or exchange your order.

We want you to love our frames as much as we do. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for full priced items. No questions asked! You can return your sunglasses within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused, in the original packaging. As such, we ask that you cover the expense of return shipping.

 

Please note there is no refund on sale items only exchange. We do offer a refund on sale items only for manufacturing faults.

 

If your sunglasses are found to be faulty due to its manufacturing, we are able to offer you a repair or exchange up to 1 year after purchase with an original proof of purchase.

However, if the sunglasses are damaged due to general wear and tear, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange. We can offer you a repair or replacement service for a small fee charge on a case by case basis.

The best way to submit a claim would be to contact us via email at hello@pared.com.au and include any relevant information or photos for reference. This will help us to help you!
